Watch out, supplements can harm

Supplements
We all take supplements for all sorts of reasons. People take supplements to replenish the vitamins and minerals the body needs to function optimally. Also, as we age, our bodies produce fewer enzymes, including all the important ones needed to properly digest and assimilate foods. We therefore need appropriate supplements to shore up the dwindling enzymes and boost a lagging libido or sperm health. Again, people take supplements to beat stress and thus strengthen the immune system.

Mandela: A lesson in political greatness

Mandela
By virtue of their exalted positions, political leaders are invariably famous!  We see their faces on television and in newspapers and we also listen to their voices on radio.  The notorious ones among them intimidate us with their posters or statues, palaces and the exclusive streets they name after themselves.  They would rather celebrate their own lives than be patient with history!

I wear classic styles –Celine Loader

Celine Loader
Getting Celine Loader to grant an interview took more than a year! Not that she evaded this reporter, her busy schedules kept her off press interviews. Surprisingly, last week, she decided to open up on her life, career and other aspects you never knew.
For one, who lived, studied and worked in the United Kingdom for over 20 years, eight of which she worked with the software giant Microsoft, Loader has indeed built a successful career.
Of Cameroonian descent, she describes herself as, “a multi-faceted person – mother, wife, girl, lover, a corporate executive and a creative free-spirit, a serious thinker but also a goofy clown.”
Is that all to her personality? She simply replies, “There are many sides to me, but not all are available for public consumption.”
