Javi Martinez Talks About Fearful Plane Emergency Landing

Bayern Munich midfielder Javi Martinez may not be as tough as he looks on the pitch especially when it happens to something he has no power over, not death but the airplane and its disasters, sometime ago the football was enjoying a luxury flight with an airline that was bringing him back from the FIFA Club World Cup when the plane developed faults and he feared for his life as they made an emergency landing.
This happened when Martinez was flying back from Morocco to Spain with the club’s fitness coach Lorenzo Buenaventura when the plane got caught in turbulence, they were in danger and about crashing because of the pressure in the cabin that every passenger had to lose their composure and do screaming prayers .

He said ‘The truth is at that moment I feared for my life,’ Martinez told Sport1.de. ‘For 10 or 15 seconds I thought that was the end – that we were goners. At that point, I started mentally saying goodbye to my family. We were 13,000-16,000ft up, but luckily the pilot managed to regain control and perform an emergency landing, and there were no serious consequences.’
Lucky that there was no mishaps then.
