You just may not believe this, Ronaldinho whose dribbling on any football pitch is legendary has dropped a music track with his rapper friend EdCity, while most stars who cannot sing prefer to make an appearance in a music video, usually waving their arms or bobbing their heads, Ronaldinho has chosen to sing and release a new single titled ‘Vai Na Fe’ which means ‘Go in faith’, he is not stopping from chasing his dreams just like Tonto Dikeh is not going to give in to critics when it comes to her music career.
While we do wish his vocal abilities were as magical as his football skills, we have to appreciate the guts of this 33 year old footballer, he is far away from the many dramas that footballers like Rooney Wayne may have had in Manchester United before he could sign a deal, that was spearheaded by his wife, Coleen, he wants to enjoy a life away from soccer.
Ronaldinho have always been a huge fan of music, and he has proven to us he can do a lot to make his dreams of becoming a celebrated artiste come true. You may never know if his song will be competing in Grammy in 2015, alongside Femi Kuti if he is nominated again, and we are believing the next time he gets a nomination, he is bringing the award back to Nigeria…
