When Ramsey Nuoah was at the pick of his career, he was just too good for the Nigerian movie screens. Many thinks he is best for the big screens of this world. But been handsome, charming and good physic wasn’t enough for him to get there. Yes…he has few internationalmovies to his feathers but maybe his attitude… don’t know. That it has been reported severally that he has attitude problems, the actor says no.
Last weekend, the actors that almost went underground last year told friends “I am a regular easy-going kind of guy. I am not a snub and I am not arrogant.
Most times a lot of people had criticized me, but as an actor that is the cross I need to carry. And it is easy for you to say because you are not wearing my shoe. Nigerians are very quick in judging because they are good in throwing words before thinking about them. But the truth of the matter is that we are normal human beings like you. I am not Jesus and I am not here to save the world”.
If he has said that then… sure many people is ready to take him up on that… just saying. Ramsey’s acting career kicked off when he starred in the Nigerian TV soap opera Fortunes. Ramsey has since then appeared in numerous films starring as the lead role… Fans call him lover boy due to his roles in most movies till date. In 2010 Ramsey won the African Movie Academy Award for Best Actor in a Leading Role for his performance in the Best Picture award winning film The Figurine.
