Sandra Bullock Wins Big At People’s Choice Awards


 
Actress and Producer Sandra Bullock has just walk away with the highest number of awards at the People Choice Awards concluded few hours ago… Sandra walked away with the favourite movie actress, comedic actress, dramatic actress and the favourite movie duo award she sheared. Robert Downey Jr’s Iron Man 3 won three awards, the favourite movie, action movie and the film’s star, and favourite action movie star.
Justin Timberlake also took home three awards.
Among them was the favourite album accolade for The 20/20 Experience. Katy Perry, who was not at the show won the favourite video for the third year in a row. Queen Latifat’s 2013 debut TV show, The Queen Latifat Show was crowned the favourite new talk show host. Ian Somerhalder and Nina Dobrev, the stars of The Vampire Diaries, won the best on-screen chemistry award. Ellen DeGeneres won the favourite daytime TV host.

Stephen Colbert won the favourite late night talk show host award. Britney Spears won the favourite pop artist award and Kaley Cuoco won the favourite comedic TV actress award and also prize as the favourite TV comedy award. Bullock also won the number one humanitarian award while Jennifer Hudson won the second humanitarian award of the night. Performer’s at the awards includes Sara Bareilles, Brad Paisley, OneRepublic and others.
The event was held in Los Angeles. Sandra Bullock rose to fame in the 1990s with roles in films such as Demolition Man, Speed, The Net, While You Were Sleeping, A Time to Kill, and Hope Floats. Bullock starred in Miss Congeniality and in 2007, she was ranked as the 14th richest woman in the entertainment industry with an estimated fortune of US$85 million.
